Big news from the spice station!
After plenty of laughter, a few kitchen debates, and heartfelt conversations, Prabha has decided to follow her passions and focus fully on her career. While this marks a new chapter for her, it also opened the door to an incredible opportunity for me.
For me, this is more than just a cookbook—it’s a way to celebrate and honour the heritage I’m so deeply proud of. Growing up, my mum taught us the language of love through her cooking, filling our home with warmth, flavour, and a sense of togetherness. Those meals were more than food; they were stories, memories, and a legacy I’m determined to keep alive and strong.
I couldn’t bear the thought of letting that legacy fade away, so I’ve taken up the reins to carry it forward. Keeping the flavours alive felt like the natural—and right—thing to do.
To celebrate this new chapter, the cookbook has been given a tiny makeover! It’s now called Cooking with Radha. The name might be new, but the recipes? They’re still the same comforting, finger-licking, flavourful and downright delicious dishes you know and love.
Here's to new beginnings, continued traditions, and the endless love we share through food.
